Okonomiyaki & Monjyayaki


Okonomiyaki & Monjyayaki
お好み焼き &もんじゃ焼きです。

[Okonomiyaki]
・Cabbage 200g
・Flour 30g
・Egg 1
・Water  150cc
・GratedYam 100g
・SoySouse 1 tablespoon
・Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
・katuobuhi 2 tablespoons

・sergia lucens (Sakura ebi)
・Green Seaweed Flake (Aonori)
・Pork back ribs
They are moderately

1 Mix ingredients with out Pork back ribs
2 Bake both sides like hot cakes
3 Bake both sides to Pork back ribs (Bacon is okay)
4 Pork back ribs put on top of the dough
5 Please sprinkle those for example, Cheese, Aonori,
Nayonnaise, Katsuobushi and so on

[Monjyayaki]

・Cabbage 250g
・Broth 250cc (*Katsuo dashi)
・Flour 20g
・Worcester sauce 20cc

・Bits of Deep-Fried Tempura Batter(Tenkasu)
・sergia lucens (Sakura ebi)
・Green Seaweed Flake (Aonori)
・Dried Bonito Flakes (Kezuribushi or Katsuobushi)
They are moderately

You can find them in the Japan grocery store


+ spinach 100 or 150g
+ roasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon


+ cheese moderately
+ Corn moderately


+curry powder 1 tablespoon
+cheese moderately

1 Boil water 250cc
2 Dried Bonito Flakes 20g into it
3 Boiled 1-2 minutes
4 Strain with kitchen paper to katsuobushi
5 Finished!
